&#60;p&#62;Playing White Wolfs New World of Darkness NWod, with chronical based on Nwod {White Wolf} companion book ~Silent Hill~. The game accepts every creature that can be found in the NWod, Vampires, demons, mages, spirits, ghosts, werewolves, immortals, witches, Geists ect.&#60;br /&#62;
Hollow Hill was a small town in Pennsylvania founded in the mid 1700's. It was a quiet town, and although strange anamolies and whispered legends reared their heads occassionally, Hollow Hill existed for nearly 150 years in relative peace. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In 1843 Hollow Hill was burned down.&#60;br /&#62;
No one knows what started the fire, even to this day. The town was evacuated leaving just over a hundred casualties, and just as many who were never found. The town was so thuroughly destroyed that it was considered unsalvigable and soon to all of the people but it's surivors, it had hardly seemed to have ever existed at all. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Those who had gone missing, whose bodies were never found, discovered long before anyone else that the town was not average. They survived the fire, but could never leave the land. As they tried to escape the fire bringing down the city, lost in their own fear and unable to notice the subtle changes in their environment - the way the walls darkened and reddened with rust, how other frightened, shrieking people around them seemed to disappear. They ran into dark hallways that were never there before, fell into pits, and were attacked by creatures that dragged them off into the shadows leaving only their cries of terror to echo in memory. The roadways crumbled before them, and every twist and turn they took lead them to more fire. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The town was ruined, but it was even more dangerous to try and leave. The forests werefar too dense, and even maps did little to help navigate, while any roads that had not broken off steeply into oblivion were obscured by fog and seemed to lead any would be escapee in circles. Unable to leave, they resolved to rebuild what had been lost.

&#60;p&#62;Setting:&#60;br /&#62;
You are on Earth, but not Earth as we know it. The world in which Timeless exists is in an alternate time-line. So while we may have come up with some of the same ideas (ships and tribes and cannons) it is NOT the Earth you're used to, and one cannot call upon Earth history as a reference to judge historical accuracy here. On the other hand, who is to say that the legends and myths of in Earth history were not inspired by the races and characters here in this world, having slipped through the barrier between the parallel dimentions to the other side. (Such as centaurs, werewolves, or the Egyptian gods)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Time period being in the late 1600's to early 1700's&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Backstory:&#60;br /&#62;
In this version of Earth, things evolved a bit differently. Humans evolved sentience first, yes, but over the centuries their civilization was held back due to excessive warefare. They kept killing each other off. Whole civilizations destroyed and all their knowledge lost.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In the meantime, the other creatures of the planet continued to evolve and gain sentience until eventually, their evolutionary level was equal with the humans. The humans, of course, felt threatended by this and many sought to enslave the Fur races in order to keep them under control. Others pushed them out of their homelands, greedy for the land and resources it held. Still others would try to systematicaly cleans the Furs from the land. This does not mean that all Humans were this way, or that a human could not gain a furs trust, but there would always be a tension between the Human race and the Furs.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Forced out of their native homelands, a small tribe of Furs - the Ferals, as they were called - were forced to be nomads as they explored the world, looking for a new home to call their own, they encountered many other Furs looking to escape the opression, and some joined the Ferals. At last they came upon this uninhabited island and claimed it as their own, naming it &#34;The Wilds&#34;. This would be a place where Furs of all species could co-exist, be free to be themselves. It would be a place they could call home. And so, Feral Chieftain Ein Iuga and his tribe built on the island, and all was at peace.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;From the ocean came another tribe of Furs - the Scavengers. They sailed in on their ship, led by Scavenger Chieftain Tyshawn Boucher. They dropped anchor in the bay of The Wilds, and came on land, having found it to be inhabited by this point. They were a bit more crude and shadey than the the Ferals, but still they were Furs, so they were welcomed to the island, and allowed to keep their ship anchored.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Up until now, the two tribes have lived ~mostly~ in peace, both bringing on additions to their tribes. Pacts have been made and the Scavengers were given some land to call their own, which they defend fiercely. Strangers who set foot in Scavenger territory seldom escape without punishment.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Many years down the road of that peace leaders of the Ferals came and went and Tyshawn remaind in charge of the Scavengers but the current Chieftain, Novacain, have saught to free a prisoner the Scavengers had captured for tresspassing, this broke the peace laws but the war did not begin till Navarathna, Tyshawns mate, was stabbed to death by Novacain....The Ferals where either slaughterd or chased off none had been caged simply pushed into hiding. Novacain had been dragged into the sea with the dieing Navarathna and was not seen again for some many years later.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The Scavengers set about building a town in place of the magnificent temple, they burned all hints of the Ferals way of life down save for the sacred tree. The Ferals took shelter underground near the tree and lived there not dearing to come up for fear of the Scavengers and their rage. Many Ferals left the island to find another home and others remained in hiding, the Scavengers had grown bored with the land after it was void of Ferals and stayed close if not on their ship...the land was mostly abandon......Thats when Navarathna returned...she had not died but very nearly did with a scar all that was left of the Chieftain Novacain she set about settling back into her Scavenger way of life.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;A great storm threatend the land, a tsunami, the Scavengers pulled anchor and set sail to flee the doomed island...Ferals came out of hiding and boarded Scavengers barrowed ships or on the Scavengers ship themselves taking all they could carry they all fled the Wilds watching their home being swallowed in a dark mass of rain and wind....it was several days before the ships touch ground again, on a different island that would become known as the Refuge....a Timeless Refuge...all the plants and animals here had not been touched by time nor had they ever been touched by civilisation. The only problem was there was already intellegant life living here, a pack of wolves, also untouched by time they saw the group as food.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Both Ferals and Scavengers alike had agreed to let the wolves have the mountains of the island where they would be safe and could hunt those poor soul that ventured there...and for a time this were good.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The Scavengers built up a camp to escape the flood waters...their main ship the Scarlet Fox and the Captain Tyshawn and the crew on it had vanished...they never made it to the new island with all the rest and Navarathna had flown through the storm to find and search but nothing came, for weeks and months they waited. One day the ship crashed apon the northeastern side of the land...it was broken and mangled wrecked by the storm...but no one was on it....not the Captain not the crew no one. The Scavengers set about repairing it and moved back onto their beloved ship nameing Navarathna Captain while Tyshawn was missing...but she never stopped looking for him or his body one of the two.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And now we reach the current times, Templars had found their way to the land caliming at first to be gathering up all the magic and makeing sure there was no evil magic here...but a new threat appeared from the mountains...the wolves, who had indeed gone missing for a time, appeared but they were not wolves anylong. They were undead tainted by the new forms of magic that the others had brought with them it tipped the balance of this peacful land and turned it's protectors into mindless hungry beasts of vengance...and so it began. The Templars changed their objectives and sought to help push the wolves back into the forests...and here we are today....days after the fight ended the templars build their Templar hall with in the mountains to keep the wolves at bay and the peace between Ferals and Scavengers tence once more.

&#60;p&#62;It has only been three years since the first Ripper victim, and yet, it feels like an eternity here in this god forsaken place where sun refuses to shine. We are cloaked in night eternal and time stands still. It is said we are the prisoners of a 'Dark Lord' who holds power over the city as if it were his private realm. People walk about in a daze, oblivious to the fact they have been ripped from the fabric of time. Life goes on here in a place where demons and mortals mix, and feed, and dance, and love with no memory of the way it was before the Ripper.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Who knows how long we have been here. I wonder sometimes if the rest of the world still exists, and if it does, do any realize we are gone?..Does anyone miss us?&#60;/p&#62;
