[06/15/2010 06:37 PM] Tearroar Thor: I had thought the ability levels were on what you would want to accomplish... pick up a pebble - novice, stone- skilled and so... even if you were the supposed world's best mage with lots of power, you wouldn't use legendary to 'flick' a pea across a room to try and hit someone in the hear, right?

Now I ask you.....because this figure is in a cop uniform father then a doctor's coat and the AV has the ability to use legendary abilities and it is successful....i am supposed to accep that a cop can do such a thing?
